proximity to Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, modern bathroom finishes, availability of wine glasses and corkscrew
The entrance could use a significant refresh to improve first impressions!!! Noise from neighbors and street traffic was distracting at times!!! Soundproofing needs enhancement, as it disrupted relaxation during my stay. Limited kitchen utensils couldn't accommodate cooking needs!!!

the entrance was intimidating, not exactly the warm welcome one would expect. I woudl ve been pleased to have a microwave, but alas, was left to ponder my leftover pasta. Also, I guess I’m not deserving of any complimentary treats since clearly those are reserved for others. I just couldn't leave a good review after that!

What you’ll love and hate
The enthusiasm and care from our host were unmatched! ! Vincenzo provided terrific local tips and always checked in on our experience. Clean, well-equipped rooms made our stay enjoyable and memorable.
The entrance could use some sprucing up to improve first impressions. Some noise from neighboring rooms and the street was somewhat disruptive, affecting our relaxation.

Vincenzo offered fantastic local tips, but the walk from the train station was challenging with luggage.

Spotless rooms with modern decor made for a comfortable stay. Location allows easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore key attractions within walking distance.
Entrance seemed a bit intimidating at first despite being well-explained, and the sound-proofing could use some improvement as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. The lift, while easy to use, only services the second floor, which may require some guests to navigate stairs initially.

The room was super comfy with a large, cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. It felt fresh and modern, and I loved the little touches like wine glasses and snacks provided daily. The bathroom was spacious and spotless too, which added to the overall nice vibe. Plus, the air conditioning worked perfectly, especially during the hot weather. Just a heads up though, while it was generally quiet, you could hear the beautiful bell sounds from the nearby basilica if you had the window open.

We had a fantastic stay! Right next to a papal church and a short walk to the Colosseum, the location was perfect. Our host was super helpful with an abundance of suggestions. Don't miss the Basilica of Saint Mary Major! Clean rooms, and snacks were always stocked up!
We were hoping to utilize the shared kitchen but found it lacking basic cookware, which was a bit disappointing.
